Experience:
Rob has been involved in finance and client services since 1980. He was previously a Bank Manager, Financial Adviser, and Mortgage Broker in the U.K. before coming to the U.S.
Since 2005 Rob has worked in Florida as a mortgage broker and is experienced in many aspects of Property Management. Rob is uniquely positioned to assist clients looking to buy Investment Property.
Foreign National
Many lenders offer mortgage loan finance to Foreign Nationals to help them buy or refinance a Second Home and/or Investment Property in Florida.
On the surface they all may appear to have similar products and criteria; however, look a little closer and the finer detail will make the difference between whether to approach a particular lender or not.
Some of the more obvious differences include the minimum amount a lender will accept an application for, or the maximum loan to value. The less apparent details could include the total value of reserves required by a lender to be held on deposit at closing or, the County in which they will lend.
